  2. You don't need permission to utilize reasonably brief quotes since they are fair use.
  3. Works of art, diagrams, charts, and schemes that have been altered so drastically that they are no longer recognisable do not necessitate authorization.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

At all times, the publishing process at International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology is devoted to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. This section provides a brief overview of the main requirements for editors, peer reviewers, and writers:

Editors

The editor's duties must be carried out impartially and without bias. The ultimate call on whether or not to publish a manuscript rests with the chief editor.

The academic and intellectual value of the submission, independent of any commercial influence, must be the only criterion for manuscript acceptance.

Only the authors, reviewers, and editorial staff of a particular article should have access to the information and content that editors and editorial staff have access to.

Following the journal's rules and procedures will ensure a fair and reasonable process in the case of a complaint or dispute. Any criticism or disagreement must be addressed by the authors. The chief editor is responsible for keeping any correspondence or records pertaining to complaints or disputes. Manuscripts should be checked for plagiarism before submission, and any found instances of plagiarism should result in instant rejection.

All submitted manuscripts, even those that have been rejected or not published, must protect the secrecy of their respective owners.

The writers

The author is responsible for making sure that the content they have submitted is entirely original and that any borrowed or used material from other sources is appropriately referenced. Before using someone else's word, image, or quote, the author must get their permission. It is unprofessional and unethical for an author to submit the same paper to different journals at the same time. Without further assessment, manuscripts that violate the ethical practice of publication will be rejected.

Any financial or other relevant conflicts of interest that might affect the author's responsibilities, the findings, or the interpretation of their article must be disclosed. The text must clearly state where the assistance was obtained.

In research that include humans or animals, the author is required to reference the ethical statement and verify that the necessary approvals were obtained before the investigation began. Institutional, state, federal, and international rules and regulations must be followed by these research. If the study involves human participants, the author is required to obtain their agreement before publishing any information about them.

If the author discovers a major mistake or correction in their published work, they should notify the chief editor immediately so that the publication may be amended accordingly (e.g., with an erratum, an addendum, or a retraction of the manuscript).

The only people who should be named as authors on a paper are those who have made major contributions to it. Thanks should also be given to other, less important people when appropriate. The onus is on the corresponding author to have the other authors' signatures on the work before it can be considered finalized and published.

Experts in Assessment

It is imperative that reviewers keep the manuscript's secrecy and refrain from sharing it with anybody other than the chief editor.

If reviewers see any similarities between the article under consideration and previously published work, they are required to notify the chief editor.

Any reviewer who suspects a conflict of interest between themselves, the document's authors, or anybody else with a connection to the paper must notify the chief editor immediately. Reviewers are required to refrain from reading manuscripts that may include conflicts of interest unless absolutely essential to do so.

To notify the chief editor, reviewers should note if any sources are not properly mentioned or acknowledged in the paper.

APC Waiver Policy

Article Processing Charges must be paid after acceptance for every article to be published in the fully open access International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology.

An open waiver policy is in place at the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology to assist scholars who are unable to cover the publishing expenses.

Withdrawal Policy

Some writers want to have their manuscripts removed from consideration for publication after they've already submitted them. While withdrawal requests do come in during the first few days following submission, they often come in much later, right before the paper is due to be published in the journal. The editorial team, reviewers, and editors put in a lot of time and energy into processing submissions; removing them from publication is a waste of their resources.

Before submitting an article to the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology, we kindly ask that the authors—particularly the corresponding author, first author, and guarantor of submission—address the following concerns so that the work does not have to be withdrawn.

Please note that we will only take into account correspondence about manuscript withdrawal via email. Send your request to editor.ijaast@gmail.com to cancel your subscription.

Human and Animal Rights Policy

All research studies on humans (individuals, samples, or data) must have been carried out following the principles of the WMA Declaration of Helsinki. In the case of human participants, or any data related to their biological material, authors should provide an appropriate institutional and/or national research ethics committee statement confirming that the study was approved (or granted exemption) by the committee. Furthermore, the author should certify that the study was performed in agreement with the ethical standards provided in the WMA Declaration of Helsinki (1964) (WMA Declaration of Helsinki – Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects – WMA – The World Medical Association) and its latest amendments or comparable ethical standards. If any doubt exists as to whether the research was performed following the 1964 Helsinki Declaration or equivalent standards (WMA Declaration of Helsinki – Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects – WMA – The World Medical Association), The authors need to clarify their methodology and show that the research's confusing parts were authorized by an impartial institutional ethics commission or review board. It is important to note in the paper whether the work was exempt from getting ethics approval and to cite the reasons for this exemption.

Errata Retractions and Corrigenda Policy

Erratum

An erratum is a correction to a mistake that occurred during editing or production of the article that the journal has published. Ideally, the author will be able to spot any mistakes and have them fixed by the publisher before the final publication, and the proof stage will indicate all modifications introduced by the journal.

If there is a problem with the original paper's scientific correctness or reproducibility, the authors can submit a correction to be published. Any time after an article is accepted, the author has the option to publish a revised version, called a corrigendum. Writers are encouraged to get in touch with the journal's editor so that the editor can assess the change's effects and recommend next steps.

Corrigendum

If there is a problem with the original paper's scientific correctness or reproducibility, the authors can submit a correction to be published. Any time after an article is accepted, the author has the option to publish a revised version, called a corrigendum. Writers are encouraged to get in touch with the journal's editor so that the editor can assess the change's effects and recommend next steps.

Retractions

When serious mistakes undermine the article's findings or when unethical behavior like plagiarism or duplicate publishing is discovered, a retraction may be published. The following procedures are used by the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology when verifying a retraction:

When an article needs to be retracted, a note titled "Retraction: [article title]" is published in a later issue of the journal and included in the contents list. The note is signed by either the authors or the editor.

  1. There is a direct link to the primary source in the digital edition.
  2. There will be a retraction notice on the screen before the web article can be accessed. They may access the article itself from this location after clicking the link we supplied.

Editorial Policies

The guiding premise behind the instant, free, and open access policy of the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology is the belief that a wider global exchange of information may be fostered by making research freely available to the public. The multidisciplinary aspect of the project is emphasized heavily. Novelty, clarity, and relevance to a better knowledge of agricultural and medical sciences, experimental biology, and pharmacy are the major requirements for article approval. All of HPI's published journals adhere to the standards set out by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.

Conflict of Interest and financial disclosures

Personal, academic, business, political, or financial conflicts are all possible. Employment, research money (whether received or pending), ownership of stocks or shares, patents, consulting fees, non-financial assistance, or any fiduciary stake in a corporation are all examples of financial interests. Note any possible conflicts of interest, financial interests, or related affiliations (aside from those mentioned on the manuscript's title page) that are relevant to the subject of the work, as well as any personal or financial obligations that the author(s) may have. Before a paper may be published, the author is required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest in the last section of the document. A declaration stating that the author has no conflicts of interest should be included with all works by such authors.

COPE Recommendation for Conflict of Interest

Funding / Support and Role of Sponsor

The Acknowledgment section of the book should explicitly identify all authors who have received financial help for their research effort and publishing.

Data access and responsibility

"Had full access to all the data in the study and takes responsibility for the integrity of the data and the accuracy of the data analysis" is an acknowledgment section declaration that the corresponding author of any article including original data must make, regardless of funding source. Rephrased claims or blanket claims that all writers had access are unacceptable.

Acknowledgement section

After the main body of the paper but before the references, you should find the acknowledgment section. A list of contributors is required, as well information on authors' access to data, any potential conflicts of interest (such as financial interests or relationships), and sources of financing or assistance, such as financial details. To ensure that all people listed in the Acknowledgment section have given their written consent, the relevant author must check the appropriate box on the Authorship Form to indicate that this has been done.

Ethical approval of studies

An appropriate institutional review board or ethical committee must formally examine and approve, or formally review and waive, each paper that reports results from experiments that include human participants or animals. In the Methods section, you must specify whether the participants' informed permission was oral or written if the inquiry involved people. Documentation of the study's official review and recommendation from the ethics committee or institutional review board may be requested by editors.

COPE Recommendation for Ethical issues

Recommendation against suspicious ethical problem with a submitted manuscript

Every person has inherent rights that must not be infringed upon. Taking care of the same is entirely the author's responsibility. Any personally identifiable information (PII) gleaned from an interview or other data collection method, such as photographs, will only be used for research purposes provided the subjects give their informed consent. The use of sensitive perspectives or photographs of vulnerable individuals (e.g., children, sick, or refugees) requires extra caution. Unless there is a compelling academic need for the information and the participants have provided written informed consent, the author should not publish participants' names, dates of birth, biometric information, or any other personally identifiable information that could be used to identify them. This is to ensure that participants' privacy is protected. In cases when uncertainty exists, authors must ensure that informed permission has been obtained. To illustrate the point, it is insufficient to just hide the eye region in participant images in order to prevent obscurity. The authors are obligated to provide evidence that the intended meaning has not been changed if identifiable features are changed to maintain anonymity, such as in genetic data. The participant's agreement is not required for medical/diagnostic pictures such X-rays, brain scans, ultrasound, laparoscopy, and pathology slide images. Nevertheless, writers must ensure that participants' agreement is obtained if any personally identifiable information might be included with photos. Obtaining the permission of the original source is essential for authors who wish to reproduce published photographs from previous publications. It is assumed by the publisher, without making any claims, that the pertinent and essential information about the participants' consent was gathered before to publishing. But when using photos from other sources, authors should provide credit where credit is due.

Research involving minors or those with cognitive impairments requires parental or legal guardian signed informed permission. Please ensure that the manuscript clearly states any instances when verbal informed permission was received instead of written informed consent, along with the applicable justifications.

As per the principles outlined in the Nuremberg Code and the Belmont Report, informed consent must have been given with a free will, without any force or influence, and under no coercion or bribery. The manuscript was reviewed by the editorial office to ensure the safety of the vulnerable group. If necessary, the office may supply supporting documentation, such as blank permission forms and ethics board discussion materials, upon request. Further, the paper should adequately explain the necessity of the category in research that emphasize categories based on race, handicap, gender, ethnicity, illness, etc.

The protection of vulnerable groups and individuals

Clinical trials

In addition to obtaining participants' informed written permission (as mentioned above), authors should publish clinical trial protocols in a publicly available registry prior to participant recruiting. A non-profit organization is required to maintain the public registry, which must be open to all anyone seeking to register. For reference, a list of eligible registries can be seen at the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP). Moreover, such trials may also be enrolled at Clinical Trials.gov or the EU Clinical Trials Register and the trial registration number and registration date must be included in the Abstract and Methods section of the manuscript. In addition, any departure from the initial trial protocol must be highlighted along with its rationale.

Mechanisms for ensuring the quality of published articles

A high-quality editorial and advisory staff rigorously reviews all submitted articles for acceptance, and the Editor(s)-in-Chief or topic editors regulate the quality to ensure that published publications are of a scientifically sound standard. The editorial board consists of recognized authorities in their respective fields from all around the globe. Each of these people is very competent and has extensive expertise in the field of publishing. The published articles are a reflection of the most recent research, and they include trustworthy findings as well as an impartial and objective analysis of those findings. The highest quality standards are achieved by following the guide line of DOAJ Transparency & best practice and COPE CORE PRACTISE

English Language Editing

Because their submissions are rejected because the English is not good enough, many researchers who are not native English speakers sometimes struggle to get published. The data and results are perfectly acceptable for publishing, but they remain concealed due to the weak English, which prevents a lot of worthwhile research from being published. Please ensure that your work is written in English (US) and free of grammatical errors and improper sentence construction so that it may be reviewed and published by the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology.

Peer Review Process

Before being reviewed by a topic editor, every article that is submitted to the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology goes through a thorough check for completeness. Thereafter, two outside reviewers regarded as authorities in the field examine the work. Editors are not bound to implement reviewers' suggestions when reaching a judgment, although they do consider the results of peer reviews. A single reviewer's or editor's worry can lead to the manuscript's rejection. Along with the results of the peer reviews, the writers will also get the editorial decision.

There are a lot of things considered when choosing reviewers for peer review, which is a crucial part of publishing. Considerations such as these encompass the reviewer's experience, standing, suggestions, possible biases, and results from the past. Reviewers who are fast, comprehensive, rational, and cooperative will be given priority. In our peer evaluation process, it is highly recognized to demonstrate expertise in these areas.

To maintain the utmost confidentiality, the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology uses a strict double-blind peer-review method. Fair and impartial reviews, free of bias towards the author or reviewer, are highly valued by HPI. There are very specific protocols followed during the peer-review process.

By requiring total anonymity from both authors and reviewers, the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology adheres rigidly to the double-blind peer-review procedure. No favoritism or bias on the part of the reviewers or authors is tolerated in the International Journal of Advances in Agricultural Science and Technology. What follows is a detailed description of the peer review process.

Editorial policies

Sure thing! In order to maintain editorial independence and provide support for research quality, prominent research publishers have editorial policies in place. First, we will look at the most important parts of editorial policies:

Artificial Intelligence (AI):

We believe in using AI responsibly for the benefit of the research community, authors, editors, readers, and staff.

Our approach involves adopting an ethically-focused stance while designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.

We prioritize human-centered values in the responsible use of AI, as reflected in our AI Principles and editorial policies

Notably, we do not attribute authorship to AI, exclude generative AI images from our publications, and ask peer reviewers not to upload manuscripts into generative AI tools1.

Author Contributions:

We emphasize clear crediting of every author’s contribution to a research paper. Authors are required to specify their individual contributions in the manuscript. Collaboration with scholars and relevant stakeholders in research locations is encouraged, with inclusion as co-authors when they meet authorship criteria.

Respectful Communication:

We build trust through relationships based on mutual respect. Professional and respectful behavior is expected when engaging with authors, reviewers, and readers. Aggressive behavior, harassment, bullying, or discrimination against our staff is not tolerated

Disclosure of Competing Interests:

Authors, peer reviewers, and editors must disclose any competing interests that could influence decisions and conclusions.

Declarations of competing interests are required in selected journals and fields, with plans to implement them across our entire portfolio.

Remember, these policies uphold the integrity of scholarly publishing and contribute to a robust research ecosystem.

Publisher Policies

Certainly! Publisher policies play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of content within the advertising ecosystem. Let’s delve into the details:

Content Policies:

Illegal Content: We strictly prohibit content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

Intellectual Property Abuse: Content infringing copyright or promoting the sale of counterfeit products is not allowed.

Dangerous or Derogatory Content: We do not permit content that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages individuals or groups based on various characteristics

Behavioral Policies:
